ASOP - How to customize UI for ASOP totally

Hi,

I’m learning how to build and deploy ASOP TV on my Hikey 960.
One of the next target is to customize the UI, from the Android logo starting screen, to the UI style of core Android OS. (see how the manufacture such as Samsung, HTC… do changing their Android UI to their style, their logos, their brands, instead of keeping the original Android UI)
I’ve searched but no helpful instruction/guideline about this.
It would be great if you guys could help to give me some hints about this.

Changing the UI style of the core but the splash screen should be fairly easy:

Wow. You must really enjoy doing things the hard way. And this is also the wrong way. Editing the AOSP base repositories is always the ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT for any kind of device or implementation changes. The boot animation is loaded from several different locations, in a priority order.
