We try to develop memory tester using hikey 970.
We’ll cover the AP Chip with test socket instead of DRAM Memory.
So, We need AP Chip and PMIC information (Chip Dimension, Datasheet)
Where can we get these information? Please let us know.
Getting this to work mechanically sounds extremely difficult since Hikey970 uses package-on-package memory. Even if you get the hardware mods correct then the required software modifications aren’t really in scope for this forum; they would almost certainly need the direct involvement of HiSilicon to get right.
