After sudo apt upgrade - the wifi device is gone

Hi all,

I have used the following image and installed the OS in the emmc.

Initially, I have the desktop and I can setup the wifi connection as normal. Once I run the commands
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrate
and when I restart the board there is not wifi device at all. The sudo ifconfig -a command does not show any wifi device at all anymore.
I have tried this already four to five times and I am pretty sure that something happens when I upgrade. Furthermore, after upgrade there is no hdmi output aswell I have to use the COM port.

Any help/tips?

Hi, I just installed the latest debian release ( #359-7f00b150) on my dragonboard 410c via fastboot and everything went very well so far. However, after performing sudo apt-get update and upgrade (or dist-upgrade, all the same) and rebooting the board HDMI didn’t work any longer. Any idea how to fix this?

You can either update your bootimg or reflash your system and mark linux kernel hold for upgrade.
