Ability to configure L1/2 cache as RAM

How to configure L1/2 cache as RAM on custom board based on snapdragon 410? We are working on Linaro 18.01 Linux release.

Are you sure the chip supports this feature? Even if it does I don’t believe any software in the Linaro deliveries for Dragonboard 410C exploits it.
